    Summary dose.wiki

Gidazepam is an atypical benzodiazepine developed in the Soviet Union, licensed for use in Russia and Ukraine under the brand name Gidazepam IC. It functions as a prodrug metabolized to desalkylgidazepam (bromo-nordazepam). Unlike typical benzodiazepines, gidazepam has minimal sedative and hypnotic effects, making it suitable for daytime use.

    Dose Information Drugs.Wiki

Dose basis. Dose ranges for gidazepam are sparse in English-language literature; values below harmonize scattered user reports, foreign tablet strengths, and the fact that gidazepam is a slow-acting prodrug for desalkylgidazepam. Many retail '3 mg gidazepam' products discussed online are actually the active metabolite desalkylgidazepam/bromonordiazepam; these would not be equipotent to 3 mg parent drug. Treat unknown preparations cautiously; start low and give a long time before redosing. Most figures here are compiled primarily from user reports and RC-market discussions, not formal clinical monographs. (Dose figures and this note are from Drugs.Wiki.)

    Tolerance

Build-up develops over 1–4 weeks of daily use; hypnotic tolerance faster than anxiolytic tolerance
Reset weeks to months depending on half-life and duration of use; taper recommended

    Tolerance Decay

Full tolerance 14d Half tolerance 14d Baseline ~42d

Tolerance builds with regular daily or near-daily use within weeks and decays slowly over several weeks after cessation. Values are heuristic aggregates based on benzodiazepine-class data rather than gidazepam-specific trials; expect interindividual variability.

The PsychonautWiki Journal logging app doesn't include every substance. To track Gidazepam there, start adding an ingestion, search for the name, and choose to add it as a custom substance. Paste these values:

⬇ Download import file Import this file as custom substances and you get "Gidazepam (Substance Search)" with every route's full dose ladder and timeline, no typing. Works on iOS and Android (v15+); the format is confirmed by the app's developer. The manual values below work for older versions.

Tip: for quicker logging you can also add a Custom Unit in the app, e.g. common dose ~ 35 mg (Oral).

The app keeps custom substances simple, so the full dose ranges live in the description text above. Ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription.
