    Summary dose.wiki TripSit

4-Me-TMP is a research chemical stimulant structurally related to methylphenidate with approximately one-third the potency. It was briefly available after UK bans on other phenidates in 2015 before being classified as a Temporary Class Drug. User reports describe functional, methylphenidate-like stimulation with limited recreational euphoria at low doses, though some euphoria emerges at higher doses.

Patterns extrapolated from user reports with methylphenidate-class stimulants: tolerance can build across several days of repeated use and may require 1–2 weeks to substantially reset. Data quality is low and highly individual.

Tip: for quicker logging you can also add a Custom Unit in the app, e.g. common dose ~ 50 mg (Oral).

The app keeps custom substances simple, so the full dose ranges live in the description text above. Ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription.
