    Summary dose.wiki

2-TFMXP is the 2-trifluoromethyl analogue of methoxphenidine (MXP). Very little formal pharmacology is published; all dosing is extrapolated from user reports and structural activity relationships. Compared with MXP it appears 1.5-2Γ— more potent and noticeably more stimulating with increased mania potential.

    Dose Information Drugs.Wiki

Dose basis. All values are from user reports and class extrapolation; inter‑individual variability is high and the dose–response can be steep. Start low and allow a full onset before redosing. Bitter; can numb mouth. Reports suggest slightly higher bioavailability than swallowed. Expect delayed peak even if onset feels quick. (Dose figures and this note are from Drugs.Wiki.)

    Tolerance

Build-up develops with repeated use over days to weeks
Reset 2–4 weeks for noticeable reduction

    Tolerance Decay

Full tolerance 3d Half tolerance 14d Baseline ~28d

Acute tolerance builds rapidly over hours to days, similar to other NMDA antagonists. After multi‑day use, a partial tolerance can persist for 1–2 weeks and typically returns near baseline by 4–6 weeks if abstinent. Data are from class analogs and user reports rather than formal studies.

The PsychonautWiki Journal logging app doesn't include every substance. To track 2-TFMXP there, start adding an ingestion, search for the name, and choose to add it as a custom substance. Paste these values:

⬇ Download import file Import this file as custom substances and you get "2-TFMXP (Substance Search)" with every route's full dose ladder and timeline, no typing. Works on iOS and Android (v15+); the format is confirmed by the app's developer. The manual values below work for older versions.

Note: ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription. Start low, go slow, and test your substances.

Tip: for quicker logging you can also add a Custom Unit in the app, e.g. common dose ~ 35 mg (Oral).

The app keeps custom substances simple, so the full dose ranges live in the description text above. Ranges are harm-reduction guidance, not a prescription.
